Li'l Angel Photography is a company based in Harbour Grace, NL, owned and operated by Tony Miller a resident of the area since childhood. Li'l Angel Photography opened on July 15th, 2004 and is a thriving photographic and visual arts company serving Newfoundland and Labrador and international locations via the web. Li'l Angel Photography serves all their clients with professionalism and quality products.

Tony Miller studied art at a young age via correspondence courses and hands on training. In 1994, Tony upgraded his skills with a Graphic Design course in St. John's, NL allowing him to get one step closer to his goal of being self employed within his chosen field of the visual arts. In 2003, Tony once again returned to school for Photographic studies and graduated with honors. Tony has since upgraded his skills through eclasses.org online courses through IWA, for Adobe Photoshop.

Since Li'l Angel Photography opened as a photographic business, there have been several additions including the visual arts of painting, pencil and wood-burning portraiture, pyrography (wood-burning), carving, and photo restoration.
